Here are a few things that could be causing the issue:
If you have entered a discount code into the box in your basket, please make sure this is valid and isn't showing any error messages.
If you have one product in your basket and it isn't letting you proceed, we may have ran out of stock. For anything relating to this, please give us a call and we can help!
Having multiple items in your basket can sometimes cause an issue too! If you have 10 or more items we recommend splitting the orders into two.
Make sure all fields are entered correctly, occasionally we can add too many characters into the text fields.
When entering the delivery address, you can use our search box or click 'enter manually' to enter the address. If you're shipping abroad, remember to change the country as it automatically defaults to the UK.
Next day delivery is only valid if the order is placed before 4pm, otherwise it won't let you proceed with the order and can cause an error message. For more information on delivery methods head here.
If you're adding Pressie Points to your order and it hasn't covered the whole cost, remember to click the card payment box to get the option to pay for the rest!
