Our customer service team will do everything they can to amend your order but if the item has been already packed then we are unfortunately unable to amend your order.
Please note we are unable to change the items in your order or the delivery method chosen but if your item has not been picked and sent out yet then we can cancel your order and issue a full refund so your order can be replaced.
