Our biscuits are no longer classed as Gluten Free due to cross contamination, the regulations around what qualifies as Gluten Free has recently changed, and as a small business that handmakes all biscuits from start to finish, we wouldn’t be able to undertake the new, additional measures required to continue to call our biscuits Gluten Free.
But the good news is, our vegan range of biscuits are made with no gluten flour, but please note that they are made in a kitchen where other ingredients containing gluten are prepared. Perfect for all our biscuit lovers on a gluten restricted diet!
