For orders already shipped, once you have received your tracking link, address changes will need to be directly requested to the courier.
Royal Mail - Address, delivery date changes can all be requested through their APP.
Premium Courier - Address and Delivery Date changes can all be requested by contacting the depot directly. The depot contact details can all be found on the tracking page.
DHL - Address and Delivery Date changes can all be requested by contacting DHL through their Customer Service Portal.
We are sorry to say we are unable resend or refund orders that have been delivered. We will not edit or amend addresses on the parcel without the permission of the sender.
